This charming rental has been meticulously laid out to provide a relaxing and entertaining stay for each guest's visit! Make your perfect beach day a reality with 4 kayaks, life jackets, and just a short walk to the Resort Lagoon! Take a relaxing dip in either the private hot tub on the home’s balcony! The ping pong table, cornhole game, and tabletop arcade console will provide hours of fun! With a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs throughout, and a personal garage, you’ll feel right at home here at Almost Heaven!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

Amazing location and amazing facility. We loved the room and size of bedrooms for our large family. The games and paddle board and lagoon toys were amazing. The location was awesome and had everything you could need. We had an amazing stay. We would definitely rent this property again!!

Great house. Love that it fit our huge family. All the staff were extremely nice. The family had a great time at the lagoon and the pool. Only thing would be a little more water pressure in the showers. But it was nothing I would not come back for. Will be coming back to Dessert Color for sure.

Almost Heaven made our stay in St. George heavenly. We slept 24 people very comfortably and the house was well stocked with dishes and bedding for large groups. With common areas upstairs and downstairs we didn't feel crowded. We could park 2 vehicles in the garage and the other 2 on the driveway right at the condo (instead of having to park down the street like we've had to do at other condos.) They had so many small appliances like a KitchenAid, griddle, slow cooker, and even an instant pot which were so helpful for meal prep. We loved kayaking and swimming at the lagoon (and the sand is so soft there!). The pool was great too. Overall this was my favorite condo and resort I have ever stayed at in St. George. I highly recommend it!

Awesome place. It was very clean and neat. We had only 21 people instead of 28. It would have been hard to have 28 even though there was a place for them to sleep, because there is not much room for suitcases. The pool was great but so crowded and hard to find a place to put our stuff and lay down. We had fun and we were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The service was great and people were very kind. The private hot tub was nice because there was not room for us at the public one. Are there plans for another pool and more pickle ball courts? With all the construction and more people coming it would be even harder to find a place at the pool or get a court. The lagoon was great but cold at this time of the year so little ones couldn’t enjoy it. The wagon and toys for the lagoon were great. The teenagers loved the lagoon. The kitchen was well equipped.

We LOVED staying at this vacation rental. We stayed there with our family of seven plus my brother's family of seven and there was room for everyone. It basically has everything you need and is absolutely gorgeous inside. Here's some highlights of what we liked the most about staying here: - Super easy check in and check out procedures - A huge man-made lake and swimming pool within walking distance - Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer - TVs in every single bedroom - Large enough to split among multiple families - Amazing video arcade with literally thousands of video games - Huge hot tub on the back patio - Short drive to downtown St. George for shopping and eating out - Great gathering place for friends and family - BBQ grill, ping pong table and kayaks We literally won't stay anywhere else in St. George from now on. It is an amazing deal for everything that you get.

We stayed in this unit and it was brand new. Everything was comfortable and easily accessible. We went to the lagoon and even though it was cold, it was still so much fun. Kids loved the pool and a hot tub as well. There was plenty of room For multiple families and we would love to come back with a larger group! The location can’t be beat with big-shots, the airport and freeway just down the street. You can be to downtown St George in 5 minutes! It’s close to shopping, restaurants and Zion. Definitely will stay here again!

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
