At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

The house was very nice with everything you could need. The kids enjoyed the TV and game station in their room. We had 7 kids between 6-16. The kitchen was well supplied. The resort facilities were close by and very fun. We had a great time.

This condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It was very close to the lagoon. We loved the sandy beaches and ability to paddle board within feet of where we ate and slept. We’ll be back!

My husband and I stayed with our 3 adult children, their spouses and our 8 grandkids which ranged from 2-10. We all had so much fun. The littles played in the sand and the lagoon shallow swimming area, and the older kids and adults loved the paddle boards and kayaks. The cell phone service for Verizon is almost non existent, but we were able to use the WiFi at the home for anything that we needed. Thank you for the enjoyable and memorable 4 day stay! We will for sure come back!

Over 10 of us and not a single complaint the entire time we stayed. The house was beautiful, and spacious. It was great for the entire family. From preteens to eighties everyone had a great time. Proximity to other southern Utah areas was excellent. We spent a day at Zion's National park and still had time for swimming when we got back. We will be back.

We recently stayed at Paddleboard Paradise for a quick getaway with some friends. We had a great time! Some things I liked were: --close location to pool/clubhouse/lagoon. Its a very short walk. My toddler loved running in and out of the lagoon and the older kids had fun on paddleboards --bathroom attached to every bedroom. This was really nice for showering after the pool --kitchen well-equipped. We made a big dinner and dessert and everything was there. Some people ate out on the deck and it was lovely. --bedrooms comfy. Everything was nice, new, clean. I liked the bedding a lot and even took a peek at the tag to see which brand it was. I'll see if I can find the same stuff for when I update my bedroom. Our kids also had fun playing video games in the loft, hanging out on the roof patio, and the adults got to relax! We will be back again

Paddle board paradise was a good weekend. Where else can you have a beach day in Utah in February. A few issues with the stay but the host was very responsive to get things taken care of. Good weather and a good weekend.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
