Escape from regular life and slip away to paradise with us! This vacation rental is packed with everything you need to have a fantastic stay! From the open concept living space on the main floor to the 3 king master suites, you will have the perfect amount of space to stretch out and relax after a long day exploring the area. Our fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a meal, but be sure to leave time in your time to venture up to your private rooftop deck on the 3rd floor. While we are confident you are going to love this condo, don’t forget to venture over to the Shores Resort to enjoy the wonderful resort pool and Lagoon!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! We can additionally offer concierge services regarding booking golf tee times, hiring private chefs, or scheduling an in-house massage. There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

The property was nice. The pools and Lagoon create a fun place for the family. There is plenty of space for activities and St. George is a great place with lots to do. I was worried that the proximity to others would create a lot of noise I never heard anyone

The property appears to be very new, clean and well kept. The décor is very nice but not overstated. Beds are very comfortable. Despite having neighbors very close the property is very quite. The location is very near the hot tub area, right out the front door of the property and just a shot walk to the lagoon area. We would highly recommend the property. Only wish is that it had a gas grill. But that does not detract from the overall stay.

Was a great vacation rental. We enjoyed staying there. Was a little noisy with people walking around the area especially at night. The communication was amazing and they were so good to accommodate an early check in and late departure. Would definitely book again!

Super clean, nice little extra touches that the owner did for us. It was nice to spend the week in a new place. All the amenities at desert color are awesome, and the little activities they had at the pool for the kids were awesome! Highly recommend this place. Would stay here again.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
