Desert Brooke Villa has a beautiful 5-bedroom home with a studio casita as well! Not only is it located very close to the resort amenities, but this property comes loaded with fun toys. Head out to the beach to kayak, exercise in the full garage gym, relax in the private hot tub, or have some fun on the arcade game consoles inside! The main house sleeps 18 guests plus the casita which is a perfect quiet retreat! With a king size bed and sleeper sofa, the casita (located above the garage) can sleep an additional 4 guests, bringing the sleep capacity up to 22 guests. The casita also features its own smart TV, full bath, and kitchenette. Great for families or groups looking for big fun on their next adventure!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. **The carport is on a first come first serve basis shared with the casita. The garage is solely for the main house use. Additional public parking spots are available on Marilla Street.
