The beautifully designed ground floor welcomes you with an open-concept layout, allowing for seamless flow from the kitchen to the living room, where large windows offer uninterrupted views of the private outdoor patio. Spread out across the upper two floors, or head up to the stunning rooftop deck, complete with open-air seating and a cozy fire table. On the third floor, you'll discover a secluded master suite overlooking the pool, providing a private retreat. Just a short walk from resort amenities, including the lagoon and beach, this home is perfect for large groups or family gatherings. Just Beachy promises to deliver an unforgettable vacation experience!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

We loved our stay. Management was quick to respond to all of our questions and the house had everything we needed. That hidden room on top floor made us laugh and was fun! Smart way of adding rooms. We'd stay here again.

This house checks all the boxes. We had 8 adults in one house and never felt on top of one another, and could have easily had 3-4 more with us. This house would also do extremely well hosting families with kids. There is a bedroom upstairs that sleeps 8 in one room, where everyone gets their own bed. The pool is wonderful, we used the grill and it worked great. The host was very proactive and gave us all the information we needed. Would absolutely come back and stay here again.

Great home for large family gathering with pool and on the beach. Plenty of room and fun things to do. Home is brand new and very nice.

By opting out of Travel Insurance, the guest acknowledges they have read and understood Red Rock Vacation Rentals’ cancellation policy and chooses not to purchase Vacation Rental Travel Insurance on behalf of all occupants in the unit.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

  • A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
  • A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
