The beautiful and fully equipped kitchen offers you everything you need to pull together a family meal before spending a relaxing evening on the rooftop patio deck featuring your own private hot tub. Each bedroom provides comfortable beds and tasteful decor and while you will love every inch of this rental, be sure to carve out time to enjoy the incredible resort pool, snack shack, and sand volleyball just a short walk away!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! My kids loved the pool and lagoon, and renting a golf cart to get around while there. The space was clean, well arranged for our family, and comfortable. The amenities were great, and besides a little construction still happening, the property is beautiful! We will definitely be back.

Pier 47 was the perfect getaway! Having lived on the California Coast for many years, we truly felt like we might be in a beach house in Cali! It is professionally decorated with beachy-vibes in every room. High-end furnishings, linens, pillows and mattresses. Very comfy! Fully stocked with everything you need - Keurig, air fryer, platters and even a Ninja blender! So nice to have bathrooms in every room too. The balcony was fun and we loved the hot tub which was clean and well maintained. Just one row away from the Lagoon and pool area which was perfect. The icing on the cake was we didn't have a laundry list of cleaning/checkout tasks we had to do unlike some STRs! We didn't even have to strip the beds or start a load of towels! We had a lovely time at Pier 47 and will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this house. It had plenty of room for all of our family and it was nice staying in a brand new house. It is in a great location in the community, right by the lagoon and a short walk to the pool. The large patio was really nice, the kids loved watching movies at night from the hot tub. The lagoon is amazing, can't wait to go back!

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
