Cozy up by the outdoor fireplace on your private balcony, soak in your private hot tub, and enjoy the community pool, hot tub, pickleball courts and captivating Desert Color Lagoon just moments away. Equipped with Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 kayaks and paddleboards, pickleball paddles, and two washers and dryers, The Beach Club invites you to unwind and take your vacation to the next level!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! We can additionally offer concierge services regarding booking golf tee times, hiring private chefs, or scheduling an in-house massage. There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Great location for a golf trip in St George! House was pristine and in a great area for relaxing. Lots of construction going on in the area but wasn’t a problem during the evening or mornings. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed for a week in this beautiful rental. It was gorgeous. The location is perfect!!! The kitchen is stalked to perfection!! It was so clean and smelled so good inside. The beds were comfy, and the double washer, dryer set is wonderful. The only downside, for us, to this condo was the couches, especially the one in the main level living room. The back of the couch only comes up high enough to maybe the middle of your back. There’s nothing to lay your head back on. It was really a downside for us, as my husband and I both struggle sleeping and count on a comfortable rocker/ recliner or high back couch to sit in. We would definitely recommend this unit, again and again, if you don’t mind the couches, but for us, we’d book again if the couch set up was better/ different. Otherwise we LOVED, everything about this place, but that’s just our preference. We loved booking with Red Rock, AS ALWAYS!! They are amazing. ❤️

By opting out of Travel Insurance, the guest acknowledges they have read and understood Red Rock Vacation Rentals’ cancellation policy and chooses not to purchase Vacation Rental Travel Insurance on behalf of all occupants in the unit.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

  • A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
  • A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
