Most rooms feature private balconies, and each level offers spacious living areas for games and relaxation. Outside, enjoy a private pool, hot tub, BBQ, fire table, and abundant seating for your group, plus a gated path with direct access to the lagoon’s beach, complete with paddleboards and kayaks for endless fun on the water.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

Great place and being on the lagoon with the pool was perfect. Even when it 107 degrees outside it was very enjoyable.
