Great location from all attractions ,Zion ,Quail creek, and sand hollow.

I was blown away by Desert Color! When we first arrived we explored the condo and it was even better than the pictures! It was huge! I loved that we all had our own space! I was able to take the main bedroom, the teens took the second floor, and the younger kids took the 3rd floor with all the bunk beds. We wanted to go on a girls trip while my husband was hunting in Africa. Everything was so nice and so cute and so clean! Then we explored the Lagoon area and we were dying over it! I literally said “This can’t be Utah!” We live up north where it is a lot colder and to walk into the Lagoon area, it felt like we were away in Mexico. It was absolutely beautiful with the sand and palm trees! The Shores Resort is super nice and we loved going on the roof top to lay out and get tan! The kids had so much fun running around from the pool to the Lagoon and to the hot tub. The ice cream truck came around each day! We had such a blast!! We are definitely coming back again and again! Summit Athletic Club was only about a 10 min drive away. In fact, food and shopping were all about a 10 min drive! I thought that would be annoying but it wasn’t! We stocked the freezer with creamies and ice cream and they also had a cute hokulia shaved ice stand right there on the beach. It was kind of annoying to have just one key between the 9 of us! Anytime someone needed to be let in the gate, we had to run down to meet them. I love that this condo had pool floaties and sand toys. My kids had a lot of fun using them. I’m super picky when it comes to beds and pillows and I was super happy with both! They had plenty of bath and beach towels! There’s so much room and the furniture and everything was so cute and nice! We had everything we needed in the kitchen too. This is the best place to stay in St George!! It was just all so incredible!!

The Kokomo is a must stay! Brand new. Well furnished. So relaxing!

We had the best time staying at the Kokomo! It was so spacious and relaxing. The beds were super comfortable we slept amazing. We loved the outdoor patio area and sitting around the fire at night. It was really nice having the hot tub so close to us for easy access. The pool and lagoon were so much fun we spent hours there soaking up the sun and paddle boarding. We enjoyed our stay so much we wanted to reserve another night but it was booked darn! We will definitely be back very soon!

Truly a beautiful and incredible experience. Great area and great rooms. That rooftop was the cherry on top for sure. Stunning views all around. I’m coming back here next time for sure!

We stayed at the Kokomo for 4 days and let me tell ya, they were the best 4 days I’ve had all year. The Kokomo is truly a home away from home and an amazing place for you and your family to get away for a bit. The home itself was equipped with anything and everything you need. Everything was extremely clean, the bathrooms kitchen, and bedrooms all very very clean. It felt like it was brand new. The house was beautiful and situated perfectly in a calm neighborhood. We really enjoyed the rooftop fire pit and the views we had in the morning. The community pool is something I’ve never seen before. The pool itself was very nice as well as the hot tub. There are many cool places to sit and enjoy a drink. But then you have the lake pool. It’s a pool but the size of a lake, it was an amazing experience. Would I recommend staying at the Kokomo? Without a doubt I would. This place is truly spectacular!

We had 6 adults and 3 teenagers and 3 kids. Everyone loved the Kokomo. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Everything brand new and immaculately furnished. We smoked Tri-tip on the Traeger. Played oculus in the loft and card games around the huge kitchen table. The resort pool was heated and we had it and both hot tubs all to ourselves. We spent nights on the roof-top deck chatting around the table-too fire pit. Everything was perfection. Will visit again.

Great place for golfers. Close to several top rated courses and easy access to the freeway heading to mesquite for golf and gambling. Everything in the Kokomo was 1st class from mattresses to the Traeger grill. Also, loved the name, “Kokomo”

This unit was beautiful, plenty of room to enjoy yourself. It was a perfect location, short walk to the lagoon. The lagoon was amazingly breathtaking. We will be back very soon to enjoy it all over again.

The Kokomo was sooo clean. I love the furnishing, so comfortable and so much room for everyone. Being at the Kokomo was so fun! There was so much to do, games and rooftop lounging was our favorite. We will definitely visit the Kokomo again!

Wonderful new condo with access to Desert Color’s cool pool and lake.

Loved staying here! Everything was in pristine condition. Property manager was easier to communicate with. Pool and lagoon area were top notch. Will come again!

I have been traveling to StG for over 10 years, rented various homes, but this stay was by far the best. Location, amenities, cleanliness, all terrific. I plan on returning and seeing how things progress.

It was incredible. Neighborhood was incredible. Parking was a little ways away and there was no where to pull up to unload/load and the big pool was a walk away. Grass area and hot pool in awesome location to the rental.

The home was close to the pool and was decorated nicely and very clean. We loved that the two master bedrooms had bathrooms attached . The seating areas were also nice. The downstairs couch was not very comfortable but other than that it was great!

My family had so much fun staying here, the lagoon was closed so we can’t wait to go back and try it out
