The Pearl at Desert Shores

We enjoyed our stay The Pearl at Desert Shores. The home is well designed and allows space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked- we made some delicious meals. The deck with private hot tub is a nice amenity for convenience and privacy. We were busy with offsite outdoor recreation, but the Desert Shore pools and lagoon looked like they would be a lot of fun.

What a wonderful place! It was everything we hoped for--spacious, luxurious. Loved getting to play video games! The pool and lagoon are located very near the property and are really nice. Great way to beat the heat! The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. I have one tip for visitors. While I've done a lot of Airbnb's, it's almost always been in cities where you don't think about parking or a garage. The setup here is great, but we had to figure out that when you return to the property, you need to let someone out in front of the building to go in through the front door and open the garage door so you can pull into the garage. It was also helpful to learn that you can close the garage door from the outside by pushing "Enter" on the keypad. Again, the property management company was super helpful with that.

We loved staying here. The location and amenities were exactly what we needed. Management was very helpful and responded quickly to the small concern we had. The maintenance tech was so polite and quickly remedied the issue.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time! The lake was very refreshing and clean. The beach was clean and well taken care of. The accommodations were terrific. X! Red rock is very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Our condo was in great shape, and had all of the amenities we were looking for, and then some. We had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!

Easy check in, nice accommodations at the resort, great sleeping arrangements, beautiful furniture and design, comfy beds, clean. Loved using the paddle boards, and ping pong, and arcades.

The Pearl was perfect in every way! We loved our stay there with our adult children and grand baby. There was plenty of room for everyone and the five master suites made it so nice for each of our children and spouses. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. All the extras made our experience perfect…the games, ping pong, paddle boards and pool floats, multiple tv’s, arcade games, air hockey, hot tub and beautiful outdoor living space. There was something for everyone! We loved going on walks on all the beautiful trails and the pool and lagoon were both enjoyed daily. The decor is beautiful and comfortable and the beds were awesome. We could not have had a better experience at Pearl. We will definitely stay again and I have already shared our experience with others so they too can enjoy this beautiful place! Thank you for making our family vacation week perfect!

Fantastic home, easy reservation, check-in and check-out, great response from property managers. This home was bright and clean, with plenty of room for our family of 13. Great pool, hot tub and lagoon. Everything was great and made our family adventure perfect.

Just finished a great stay here Lots of room, exceptionally well equipped and decorated, clean with lots of nice amenities in the unit. Lagoon still not open but the pool was very nice with warm water. Ping - pong table in the garage was a hit. Would highly recommend this unit.

We loved our stay! The house was so Beautiful! Perfect location. Easy access to the freeway. Very spacious. We loved that every room had its own bathroom! We loved the hot tub and two patios too. The host are amazing people to work with! We will definitely stay there again!

We had so much fun staying in Vaughn’s rental. It was equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. My kids could not get enough of the arcade games and hot tub. Such a perfect setup for fun and memories. The pool and amenities were awesome. We spent most of the day there. We will definitely be renting here again. I can’t recommend it enough!

We came across this rental while looking for a place to spend Thanksgiving. We reached out to Vaughn with some initial questions - he was quick to respond and happy to help. We felt he really cared about his property and making it as welcome as possible for his guests. Getting to the rental was a bit tricky as the development is very new and GPS was a little confused with our address. But Vaughn gave us exact coordinates and we found it easy. The property went above and beyond our expectations. It felt so much larger than I assumed it would be for a townhome. It was thoughtfully built and beautifully furnished. Vaughn did an amazing job with the amenities provided (he even provided crib sheets for the pack-n-play, something many hosts overlook). We truly enjoyed our stay and want to come back when we can finally enjoy the rest of the planned development in the area. Thank you again Vaughn!

The place was nice and clean upon arrival. Really well furnished and our group loved that there were TV’s in every room. I will definitely consider booking in the future!

Awesome management, details really took the guesswork out of everything. From labeling where everything goes to a simple setup to begin with, way to go!

Great place to stay!

Love the TVs and bathrooms in every room, great hot tub and pool and lagoon amenities. Even in the winter the cold lagoon was fun!

The rental unit was very clean and well organized. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table and air hockey. All the cousins loved sleeping in same loft room together. The pool and Lagoon were the highlights of our stay.

The home is beautiful and well furnished. Everything you need for a nice, comfortable stay. Everything was spotless. The beds and linens were soft and comfy. TVs in every room for private retreating from group activities when desired! The community resort pool is great for adults and kids alike. A wonderful location and pleasant stay. The order is in for a return trip!

The condo was perfect for our family. It held 23 people which was exactly how many people we had. Being very new, the unit was especially nice. I loved the furnishings and décor. And we loved that every bedroom had a bathroom! We enjoyed our stay and felt the condo was just what we were hoping for.

We arrived to a place that was very clean and well stocked, felt like coming home.

The weather didn't cooperate for our trip, but WOW was the property and location amazing. The townhome was clean, well furnished, and ton's of fun things to do. We had a blast trying to use every last resource from the dartboard, hot tub, ping pong, and the amazing Desert Color facilities. We started to look for open weekends to come back before we ever left! Hope to be back soon (with the weather a bit warmer)!
