This immaculate 5 Bed / 5 Bath rental features luxurious comforts and exciting activities, guaranteed to create memories with each visit! Take in the scenic desert views from the balcony, highlighted by a private hot tub and outdoor seating around a fire table! Take the paddleboards, life jackets, and beach chairs to the Lagoon for a beach day. Compete in a game day with the poker set and table, skeeball lane and arcade console, or slow it down with a karaoke night! You’ll sleep easy with the Purple king-sized beds, and topping off the fully furnished kitchen is a Breville espresso machine and craft ice maker. The BBQ grill, bidets on the main floor, and Smart TVs with Sling TV will make you feel so at home you won’t want to leave! With something for everyone, The Sanctuary at Desert Color covers all of your vacation bases!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

Wow! This place is BEAUTIFUL! They thought of EVERYTHING. It may seem silly but it was when I saw the box fan in the closet of my room that I knew this was the greatest place I’ve ever stayed at!

We had a few issues with the place; didn’t have key fob for pool when we arrived, ice maker wasn’t working, knob on pantry was broken, but despite these little issues, we absolutely loved this home! There was lots of room for everyone and the patio was very cool! The upstairs sectional was very comfy. The kids loved the skee ball and the electric bikes! It was so nice to have a bathroom for every room. I would definitely book here again!

We stayed at the Sanctuary at Desert Color with friends this week. The unit was beautifully appointed, with attractive furnishings/decor and every amenity imaginable. It was spacious, impeccably clean and very comfortable. It definitely exceeded our expectations!

The home was beautiful and had a bunch of extras like bikes, pickle ball rackets, paddle boards, and floaties. House was new with lots of activities for everyone to do. We had a wonderful time!

If I could give this home 10 stars I would! Pure luxury and fun, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for a crowd and every bedroom had a bath. Highlights included the hottub you could watch movies from, guitar(provided) by the firepit, karaoke in the upstairs lounge and pacman on the arcade game. The beds were amazing with fabulous bedding and plenty of pillows. Will definitely be back when the weather is better to use the paddleboards and electric bikes!

I spent part of my leave from the USAF at The Sanctuary at Desert Color and was able to kick back and relax with my mom. We enjoyed the private hot tub as the weather wasn’t warm enough to use the resort pool and hot tub. We spent a lot of time playing video games and singing karaoke and riding around on the electric bikes. I will definitely be returning here when I come back to the States in the Fall. I’ve stayed at many nightly rentals around the world and this by far has been my favorite.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

  • A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
  • A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
