Waters Edge is located right on the 2.5 resort lagoon and right next to the resort pool and hot tub, quick-service food, and pickleball courts. The home has three spacious floors of elegantly designed spaces, modern decor, and an entertainment area that include: Xbox console, double shot basketball, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, and a full-size shuffleboard.

The property also features large indoor gathering spaces with meticulously designed furniture selections, HDTV’s, outdoor seating spaces with stunning views of the entire blue lagoon, pool-side lounge chairs, and an indoor/outdoor dining area for your entire group. Also enjoy the convenience of a complimentary golf cart with every nightly rental, included at no additional charge.

Our family had a great weekend getaway. House was immaculate and everything worked great. Kids loved being able to go back and forth between the lagoon and the pool. The paddle boards the home provided were a lot of fun and super convenient. This home has a ton of custom upgrades like automatic roller shades and home audio system that added to the experience. Ember was an excellent host and responded to any questions or needs we had promptly and make sure our stay was as enjoyable as it could be. Would highly recommend this home and Ember. We will definitely book with them gain!

We hosted a family reunion. It was a great setup with plenty of room and amenities for all. The home is perfectly located right next to the lagoon and clubhouse. I have already recommended it to a business partner who will be using it for the St George marathon weekend. It was very clean, furnished nice with a fancy 6 seater golf cart. You can tell the owner really cares about the guest experience and Ember was the perfect partner to help facilitate it all. Thanks for hosting us!

Our Executive Leadership Team secured this rental for our annual retreat. This unit is meticulously clean and spacious. Complete with everything you could want and need in a home away from home. Plenty of appliances, kitchenware, and seating for large families and groups. Nice pool and spa. Perfect views to the lagoon. Lots of patio space. Fun games on the upper level. Our team was so excited, many plan to come back and rent this space for their families. It was absolutely perfect!

We had a corporate offsite for our team down in St. George. We looked up a few places to stay and heard a lot about Ember homes and Desert Color. We could not have been more impressed. I think at one point each individual on the team came up to me and said, "this is the nicest place I've ever stayed at!" The lagoon was the cherry on top! Will definitely try to come back soon. Highly recommend!

This home is simply incredible! Our group loved using the private pool and hot tub and the location is the best -- it's not only right on the lagoon, but it's right next door to the main resort pool and pickleball courts. The place was shiny clean and it seemed like we were the first renters to ever stay in the home. We appreciated the management company (Ember) being responsive and even welcomed us with Crumbl cookies and a stocked fridge (huge hit with our kiddos). We can't wait to come back again during the summer to enjoy the lagoon and beach.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
