Take a short stroll to the coast of the Lagoon and resort pool, and don’t forget to bring the provided kayak and paddleboard for your own beach day in the desert! Relax in the private hot tub or get cozy around the fireplace from the comfort of your private balcony. For indoor entertainment, this rental offers an Xbox 360 with Kinect, board games, and YouTube TV, as well as a fully furnished kitchen that is perfect for preparing your favorite meals. Beach Haven is the right choice for creating unforgettable vacation memories!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

The home was beautiful, clean, located in a great spot in the neighborhood, and stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home during our stay. The floorplan of this house made it feel like even with a large group, everyone would have plenty of space and privacy.

Loved staying here with our family. So fun and easy to walk around to the pool and Lagoon. It’s a little outside of St George, so not many restaurants close by. But it wasn’t too difficult to get to restaurants. The home was beautiful and easy to access. Definitely worth every penny! Hoping to be back soon!

This beautiful, spacious, very clean home was very accommodating for our large group. There was plenty of parking space. I especially loved the decor and the beds were so comfortable! Desert Color is a beautiful community with a large pool, plenty of lounging room and the lagoon is HUGE. I can’t wait to visit in warmer weather, I’ll definitely be visiting again!

This place is so nice, and has so much to do! We were able to enjoy the community pool and hot tub but now I want to go back again and use the personal hot tub they have since installed in the yard! The house is huge with plenty of space for everyone and is very clean and beautiful. I can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer and spend some time at the beach!

We had an extended, 3 generation family Thanksgiving weekend stay at Beach Haven. The whole stay was fun, yet relaxing. The house has lovely decor without trying to hard. It has nice places to gather, lovely rooms for privacy time, and plenty of activities to keep all ages occupied. Everything was provided so it made the getaway as fun and easy for the adults as well as the children. Everyone is hoping we can go back soon.

I came here for a girls weekend trip, and felt like I was in heaven! The place was so spacious, open, clean, and beautiful. We had 10 of us in the home. We were all able to sit in the third floor living room and be comfortable. I did recommend adding some towel hooks to the bathroom, and they added them the next week. Amazing service!

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Desert Color Resort is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Desert Color Resort refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
